Most people come to meditation & spiritual practice longing for peace - and a rest from the non-stop chatter and swirling distortions of their own thoughts.

Where do your thoughts come from? What are they made of?
This is a 10 month journey into discovering that our minds are, in fact, much more profound and luminous than we currently know. And that there really is a way of living that is informed by a stable, clear, and radiant mind.
And yes, it is far more satisfying, creative, and fulfilling than living under your own cloud of distorted thinking.
It’s £133 per month for 10 months, March to December. Check the prospectus for all the dates & details. This deposit is your first month’s payment, and you’ll be invited to set up a standing payment for each month for the rest of the year.
